Course structure

The certificate course in Human Resources Management spent approximately 112 hours, OR is offered a 7-weekend period. The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, group discussions. An Action Guide for Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management, from successful, and experienced HR Directors and Professionals. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the course. The maximum number of participants is 20.

Trainers/Speakers

Mr. Pech Bolen has 20 years of experience in education, management, leadership and strategic business development. He is holding bachelor of education and journalism, Diploma in SME Promotion and Development, and MBA in Human Resource Management. Currently, he is the Chairman and CEO of the Westline Education Group, 2016 National President of Junior Chamber International (Cambodia), and Vice President of Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia.

 

Mr. William Yap has over 25 years of enriching human resources management experiences. He has many years of corporate experience and held numerous managerial positions in different industries such as Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Plantations and Trading. William has developed a passion in coaching people to bring out their best character and potential in order to WIN and to attain a fulfilled life. He is a certified trainer with accreditation from The Human Resource Development Fund. He is currently the Head of Human Resources Department of Palm Oil Plantation Company in Malaysia.

 Mr. Ung Sophornmony is a holder of MED in management and leadership from Charles Darwin  University in Australia and MBA in Management from Norton University in Cambodia. Mr. Mony  has had more than ten-year experience in giving lectures and training on various courses  associated with management and leadership. His management career development is quite  interesting as he has advanced through different senior positions in a short period of time. He  was the managing director of a company group including hotels, international school and design  companies. He is currently the Chief Development Officer of Westline Education Group.

Mr. SI Len has a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in General Management from Paññásástra University of Cambodia (“PUC”). He was a Chief Executive Officer of Maxima Mikroheranhvatho Plc (“MAXIMA”). Currently he is a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CHOKCHEY Finance Plc. Besides, Mr. Si Len has worked as a Skills Development Specialist of Polytechnics International New Zealand Ltd (“PINZ”) of the Asian Development Bank. He specializes in skills development, strategic human resources management.

 

Mr. Phann Sopheara has earned his executive leadership from Cornell University in addition to his Master of Business Administration from Western University. For more than 10 years, he has worked in management positions that allow him to work on various functions including recruitment and selection, training and developing staff, performance management, coaching and counseling at both national and international corporations. Mr. Sopheara wa the manager/HR business partner of NagaWorld, where there are more than 5,000 employees. Currently, Sopheara is Director of Human Resources at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh.

Mr. Te Lay has a Master of Education specializing in Administration and Management. Currently He is the Chief Human Resources and Education Officer of Westline Education Group. He has a wealth of experience in HR Management, educational management program, development and training management. Mr. Te Lay has developed series of policies and procedures associated with Admin and HR Management, some of those are: employee recruitment and selection policies and procedures, Training and Development Manual, Performance Management policy and manual as well as company handbook.                                                

You Bory is the Managing Director for Top Talent Consulting and is responsible for the consultanctrategies and daily business development. She has been a veteran executive in the banking industry for over 16 years and with in-depth expertise in human resource and talent management. She has held senior position for Canadia Bank PLC, a leading financial institution in Cambodia. Her direct experience in human resource and talent management will help clients in KPI planning for performance management and evaluation, reward/ recognition and customized training program to grow the company.

She has a Master’s degree in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the National University of Management, Phnom Penh.

She is also the Cambodia Master Trainer for the Certified Behavioural and Career Consultant, Instructor of Job & Career Transition Coach, Job & Career Development Coach

You Bory has engaged in social activities through her leadership roles in JCI Cambodia as 2015 President of JCI Phnom Penh Chapter as well as 2016 Board of Directors and National Vice President of JCI Cambodia. She is also a Vice Chairperson of Capacity Building committee of Young Entrepreneur Association Cambodia (YEAC).
