  Course Structure   


The certificate course in Human Resources Management spent approximately 112 hours OR is offered a 7-weekend period. The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, group discussions. An Action Guide for Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management, from successful, and experienced HR Directors and Professionals. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the course. The maximum number of participants is 15.

Mr. Phann Sopheara

Chief Human Resource Officer

has earned his executive leadership from Cornell University in addition to his Master of Business Administration from Western University. For more than 10 years, he has worked in management positions that allow him to work on various functions including recruitment and selection, training and developing staff, performance management, coaching and counseling at both national and international corporations. Mr. Sopheara was the manager/HR business partner of NagaWorld, where there are more than 5,000 employees. Currently, Sopheara is Director of Human Resources at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh.

Mr. Te Lay

has a Master of Education specializing in Administration and Management. Currently, He is the Chief Human Resources and Education Officer of Westline Education Group. He has a wealth of experience in HR Management, educational management program, development, and training management. Ms. You Bory

She is responsible for consult strategies and daily business development. She has been a veteran executive in the banking industry for over 16 years and with in-depth expertise in human resource and talent management. She has held the senior position for Canadia Bank PLC, a leading financial institution in Cambodia. Her direct experience in human resource and talent management will help clients in KPI planning for performance management and evaluation, reward/ recognition and customized training program to grow the company.

She has a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the National University of Management, Phnom Penh.
