EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT WORKPLACE

Communication is an aid used in everyday life and be it personal or business. In the business world, good communication is important for the daily operation of the company, but can also affect sales and profitability. Without good business communication, the internal and external structure of a business can face numerous challenges that can ultimately lead to its demise.

Course structure

The certificate course in Effecitve Communication Skills at Workplace spent approximately 16 hours, OR is offered a 2-day period. The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, group discussions. An Action Guide for Effective Communication Skills at Workplace, by Mr. Ung Sophornmony. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the course. The maximum number of participants is 20.

Mr. Ung Sophornmony is a holder of MED in management and leadership from Charles Darwin University in Australia and MBA in Management from Norton University in Cambodia. Mr. Mony has had more than ten-year experience in giving lectures and training on various courses associated with management and leadership. His management career development is quite interesting as he has advanced through different senior positions in a short period of time. He was the managing director of a company group including hotels, international school and design companies. He is currently the Vice President& Chief Development Officer of Westline Education Group.
