Mr. Im Chanly is the Adult English Program Academic Manager of Westline Education Group. He has a higher educational background from many countries. Locally, he holds a bachelor's degree in English in Education and a master in Development Management. Internationally, he holds a master's degree in Applied Economics from the Republic of China and master degree in Environmental Management from Flinders University, Australia. He has spent more than 10-year experience with private schools and NGOs in teaching, training, designing curriculum, developing teaching material, staff professional development, educational research, workshop, and international conference. He was involved in a consultant firm related to educational reform to link with the green economy in Cambodia.
