Mr. Kum Unique has more than 20 years of extensive experience of fieldwork and office work in different institutions with NGO, companies, banks, and universities. He had been certified SPHRi by HRCI in 2021. Moreover, he has experience in human resource management and training with a strong background in law and pedagogy. He has also worked with all levels of stakeholders focusing on dealing with many stakeholders as well as interacting with senior government ministers and officials, as the National Assembly and Senate. His skill is in facilitating and training, with a passion for ensuring law, policy and business contract documents have reflected the quality of work he had been working on.
