Ms. You Bory is the Managing Director for Top Talent Consulting and is responsible for the consultancy strategies and daily business development. She has been a veteran executive in the banking industry for over 16 years and with in-depth expertise in human resource and talent management. She has held the senior position for Canadia Bank PLC. Her direct experience in HR and talent management will help clients in KPI planning for performance management and evaluation, reward/ recognition and customized training programs to grow the company. She has a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the National University of Management, Phnom Penh. She is also the Cambodia Master Trainer for the Certified Behavioral and Career Consultant, Instructor of Job & Career Transition Coach, Job & Career Development Coach.

Ms. You Bory has engaged in social activities through her leadership roles in JCI Cambodia as 2015 President of JCI Phnom Penh Chapter as well as 2016 Board of Directors and National Vice President of JCI Cambodia. She is also a Vice-Chairperson of the Capacity Building Committee of Young Entrepreneur Association Cambodia (YEAC).
