Every organization cares about its performance and productivity. That is why various instruments/tools are introduced to and used by the leader, managers, and supervisors in order to maintain as well as to improve the performance and productivity of the organization. Performance management is a systematic instrument/tool to steer, motivate and manage the performance of individuals and organizations. Coaching is one of capacity development methodologies/ approaches to enable individuals/groups to achieve their performance goals and indicators. Associate Trainer

Mr. MK has more than 20 years of work experience (1994 – 2018) in different fields of work and in a range of positions. He has worked for 7 years in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the positions of technical teacher and next technical teacher trainer, 9 years in the field of Sub-National Democratic Development Reform (Decentralization and De-concentration (D&D) in a range of different organizations/projects in the positions of training and extension officer, social safeguards advisor, project officer and independent consultant, 5 years in the field of Public Administrative Reform (PAR) in the position of senior advisor and program coordinator, and within the last 3 years in the field of both D&D and PAR in the senior position. 

With this long work experience, Mr. MK is well equipped with different professional, leadership and management competencies, which enriched with many practical skills and knowledge. His main responsibilities and duties were mostly to provide/facilitate capacity development interventions to staff and leaders/managers of the organization as well as to manage the development and implementation of the project/program, including leading a project/program team, national and international consultants, coordinating the implementation process with the government counterparts, and reporting the progress and challenges of the project/program implementation to development partners…..etc. That is why Mr. MK is always invited as a resource person, trainer and guest lecturer on a range of topics including report writing, project management, results-based management, project coordination, policy development and implementation, stakeholder collaboration, human resource management and development (HRM/D), performance management system (PMS), facilitation skills, coaching skills, communication skills, training of trainers, leadership and management, and many other tailor-made topics related to organizational development/effectiveness.

The report writing skills is designed for staff of NGOs, civil society, DP funded project/program as well as civil servants who want to build up/upgrade skills in writing report. The 2-day training course will provide the participants with not only practical skills/knowledge in writing reports but also some relevant experiences in project coordination and management.
