Childcare Training Program Promotion 1

This course is intended to provide child care professionals with the basic principles of child growth and development. You will also learn how these principles affect children’s learning, and best practices associated with guiding children’s behaviors towards appropriate expectations, and methods associated with addressing challenging behaviors.  Participants will understand the role of Developmentally Appropriate Practice in the design of quality care environments. It also studies the assessment and planning for individual needs for all kids.

Pel Makara

Managing Director of CAM IDEAL Child Care Center

Ms. Pel Makara is the Managing Director of CAM IDEAL Child Care Center. She has worked in the kindergarten field for 20 years.  She has been training teachers, developing a curriculum, and creating teaching/learning aids for pre-school and kindergarten levels. She participated in many professional development workshops locally and overseas. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Art in English.

Ly Voleak

School Manager of Sanfrancisco International School

Ms. Ly Voleak is the School Manager of Sanfrancisco International School. She was the former Kindergarten & YL Vice Principal at The Westline School. She has had 15 years’ experience in education fields. (Both Local and International School). She was graduated BA. in English and MBA. in Management.
