Mr. Phann Sopheara has earned his executive leadership from Cornell University, USA, in addition to his Master of Business Administration from Western University. For more than 10 years, he has worked in management positions that allow him to work in various functions including recruitment and selection, training and developing staff, performance management, coaching and counseling at both national and international corporations.
Mr. Phann Sopheara was the manager/HR business partner of NagaWorld, where there are more than 5000 employees. Currently, Mr. Sopheara is a Chief HR Officer of Westline Education Group.
For these 10 years of experience, Mr. Sopheara thas always been a key person in problem analysis and decision making which contributes to organization development.
