Mr. Chap Sopanha – a local consultant that holds a master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and Rural Development from Royal University of Agriculture in 2014. He has more than 15 years of “hands on” experience in project and program development and management with different agencies including People in Need, FAO, Caritas International, FLS Co. Ltd, HEIFER International Cambodia, AFD, ADB, World Bank, ICCO, VSO, Paz Y Desarrollo (PyD), ILO and WorldFish Center etc. (Enclosed CV of Mr. Sopanha Chap).
