4 Essential Roles of Leadership

The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership course introduces the Levels of Engagement, and the 4 Drivers of Engagement. During the course we inspire trust and go deep into the 4 Cores of Credibility and create a team culture statement. We create Vision where leaders draft the team vision, strategy, team strategy, and strategic narrative. We also teach about Executive Strategy where you are introduced to the Six Rights to align your team strategy and overview of the 4 Disciplines of Execution. As well as allow leaders to learn the power of positive feedback, how to give instructive feedback, how to implement the three key coaching skills (listening, questioning, and acknowledging), and how to use the Coaching  Framework.

1. INTRODUCTION: Introduces The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership, the 
 Levels of Engagement, and the 4 Drivers of Engagement. Participants also 
 review assessment scores.
2. INSPIRE TRUST: Leaders go deep into the 4 Cores of Credibility and create 
 a team culture statement.
3. CREATE VISION: Leaders drati a team vision, strategy, team strategy, and 
 strategic narrative.
4. EXECUTE STRATEGY: Leaders are introduced to the Six Rights to align their 
 team strategy and overview of the 4 Disciplines of Execution®.
5. COACH POTENTIAL: Leaders learn the power of positive feedback, how to 
 give instructive feedback,how to implement the three key coaching skills 
 (listening, questioning, and acknowledging), and how to use the Coaching 
 Framework.

Mr. Kong Samneang has 15year experience in school management. He used to be a school principal, DGM (Deputy General Director of MingWey Group in Charge in company operation) and academic director at Westline Education Group.

Currently, Mr. Kong Samneang is a Chief Operation Officer of Westline Education Group. He is in charge of school operation, business growth, manage and lead administration department and school principals to implement schools’ operation activities to achieve schools’ objectives. Furthermore, he is in charge of operation manual developing (Standard operation procedure). 
 

Lun Phearin

Founder & School Director of CAMiA, Leader in Me Certified Coach and Education Lead Consultant

Mr. Lun Phearin is Founder & School Director of CAMiA. He was the former School Principal of the Westline  School, Phsar Toch branch. He has had over fifteen-year experience with private and public schools and NGOs in teaching, training, designing curriculum, developing teaching materials, Human resources management, Educational Development, and Staff Professional Development and organizing educational research, a workshop, seminar, and conference. Therefore; he has been involving in managing, teaching and learning quality improvement for over 10 years. He holds a Master's Degree in Arts in English majoring in Literature and TESOL, and other degrees in the field related to education. He is also TESOL Certified.

10. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: Identify and implement the drivers of engagement.

This solution is targeted at mid-senior-level leaders. However, dep ending on the size of the organization and the amount of previous leadership training leaders have experienced, the solution can apply to various levels of leadership—from less experienced C-level leaders to more experienced front-line leaders who manage larger teams. The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership has 
also tested well for emerging leaders, although they are not the primary audience.
