Course Structure

The certificate course in The 7 Habits for Managers is offered in approximately 16 hours OR 2-days period. The course is based The 7 Habits of Highly Effective

Managers. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the course.

Duk Nin

Master Trainer of 7 Habits, FranklinCovey Education-US

Mr. Duk Nin is from Cambodia and currently the Managing Director of Franklin Covey Education Cambodia (FCE-Cam) where he supervises a team of staffs on varieties of programs and services such as 7 habits of highly effective people, other educational training, consulting, setting up and managing of new school at province around Cambodia. 

He is also the pioneer batch of coach/consultant for the Franklin Covey (aka 7 habits) Cambodia that provide training and implementation of the Leader in Me program at schools. 

He started his career as a government public secondary school teacher of Math, Physic and English. Later he moved on as a branch Manager with Newton Thilay School and later as a chief of provincial operations for Newton Thilay Community. These jobs required him to supervise and manage more than hundreds of staffs, supervisors and managers to ensure operational ready at all time.  
 

Upon the completion of this two-day training, participants are expected to:

Focus and act on what can be controlled and influenced, instead of what can’t.

Define clear measures of success and create a plan to achieve them for both life and work.
