Participants won't just listen to a presenter but will actively participate in a learning cycle with other principals that includes opportunities for practice and reflection, which will hone leadership skills.
During the workshop, participants will be introduced to the Whole-Person Paradigm-a foundation for efective leadership-and the4 Roles of Great LeadersTM: modeling, pathfinding, aligning, and empowering. They will assess their own strengths and areas of improvement. Participants will learn how to use and apply powerful leadership tools, such as the 4 Disciplines of Execution to address chronic problems faced by their schools, with time to lay a framework to implement these leadership skills upon returning to their schools.
