Ms.Im Maden has anabundant experience in education for 15 years. In 2006, she first worked as a teacher of English. Later, with her natural curiosity for leadership in the field, Ms. Maden has devoted herself to her professional development. Some instances can be seen in her involvement in the management circle listed above. For her educational background, Ms. Im Maden has started her tertiary education at a prestigious university in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Recently, she has graduated with her bachelor’s degree in education with an excellent mention. Moreover, she has taken part in various professional training like CamTESOL, the 7 Habits, Accredited Leadership Trainer and the like. Noticeably, she otien applies her knowledge from such courses to real-life situations both at work and in her community. 
 

Ms. Maden is a qualified trainer/coach of The 7 Habits and also a manager of Franklin Covey Education Cambodia. Her main interest is in instilling all the principles of The 7 Habits and many others believed essential for the development of a new thinking patiern which students of the 21st century should possess for the sake of their brighter future. Ultimately, she is always passionate about seeing radical changes in Cambodian youth.
