Now Mr. Bolen is a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive Officer. He’s currently the chairman and CEO of Westline Education Group, and an investor in Education, Media, Training and Research companies. He’s also a Board member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia.

He was awarded as an outstanding ASEAN-CHINA young entrepreneur 2011 and recently he was appointed as local president of JCI Cambodia, Phnom Penh Chapter.

Mr. Bolen has great team-building and motivational skills and an expert in staff capacity building. Both his management team and employees at WEG and other organizations where he leads are committed; self-managed and motivated to do their assignments.

Mr. Bolen has worked in the fields of management, organizational development, and human resource management for more than15 years. Vong Bunvisal

Mr. Vong Bunvisal has 15 years of experience in the education industry. He began his career as school management in 2003 and he was promoted to be a sales and marketing manager from 2006-2010 to lead sales and marketing activities for more than 60 branches which belong to one of the biggest private educational institutes. 
From 2011 to present, Mr. Visal is serving as the Business Development Director of Westline Education Group Co., Ltd., responsible for sales and marketing, business development, local and international cooperation, and educational partnership, promoting educational programs to local and international organizations.
Mr. Visal has a strong sales and marketing background and is experienced in assisting the corporation with strategic sales and marketing planning, customer service development and business analysis.

 

Lun Phearin

Founder & School Director of CAMiA, Leader in Me Certified Coach and Education Lead Consultant

Mr. Lun Phearin is Founder & School Director of CAMiA. He was the former School Principal of the Westline  School, Phsar Toch branch. He has had over fifteen-year experience with private and public schools and NGOs in teaching, training, designing curriculum, developing teaching materials, Human resources management, Educational Development, and Staff Professional Development and organizing educational research, a workshop, seminar, and conference. Therefore; he has been involving in managing, teaching and learning quality improvement for over 10 years. He holds a Master's Degree in Arts in English majoring in Literature and TESOL, and other degrees in the field related to education. He is also TESOL Certified.

Duk Nin

Master Trainer of 7 Habits, FranklinCovey Education-US

Mr. Duk Nin is from Cambodia and currently the Managing Director of Franklin Covey Education Cambodia (FCE-Cam) where he supervises a team of staffs on varieties of programs and services such as 7 habits of highly effective people, other educational training, consulting, setting up and managing of new school at province around Cambodia. 

He is also the pioneer batch of coach/consultant for the Franklin Covey (aka 7 habits) Cambodia that provide training and implementation of the Leader in Me program at schools. 

He started his career as a government public secondary school teacher of Math, Physic and English. Later he moved on as a branch Manager with Newton Thilay School and later as a chief of provincial operations for Newton Thilay Community. These jobs required him to supervise and manage more than hundreds of staffs, supervisors and managers to ensure operational ready at all time.
