• Social factors look at how a company treats its employees, customers, and the communities it operates in. This considers things like labor practices, diversity, and community engagement.
• Governance factors look at how a company is running. This considers things like leadership, executive pay, and transparency.

ESG is becoming increasingly important for investors.They may consider a company's ESG performance alongside traditional financial metrics when making investment decisions.
