At the age of 37 years old, Somphors Chea is the Founder and Director of two different business industries; Hotel and Hospitality and Micro-Finance. Before starting his own business, Mr. Somphors was the CEO of a private company, one is main construction material distributor in Cambodia. He has led strategy and growth initiatives within the areas of local and international communications, purchase order, technology, innovation, distribution, brand, production line, marketing and performance analytics. Under his keen leadership for two years, the company improved profitably, professionalism, and propelled to the forefront of sale. 
Mr. Somphors built LIGHT STONE RESIDENECE since 2015 and fully operated in 2018. He created strategic alliances with his own team to effectively align with and support key business initiatives and retained high performance teams by hiring, managing, developing and motivating skilled professionals. He is skilled in talent recruiting, operations, asset protection, and financial management and customer relations. 
With Angkor Microfinance Co., Ltd. he created significant value for shareholders and all eight branches in Myanmar. Under his direction, Angkor Microfinance built industry-leading global technology platiorms that 
resulted in improved profitability and efficiencies for the whole company. Unique and valuable early public sector career; confidently and boldly interface with regulators, governments, and agencies, both domestically and internationally, as well as with Congress, to skillfully convert regulatory and public policy opportunities into win-win scenarios.
