School Administration provides a broad range of services to schools and in particular school administrators. The School Administration department is directly responsible to the Director of School Administration.
The functions of the School Administration department include staffing and administrative appointments, day-to-day operational issues of schools, the evaluation, identification, recruitment and professional development of current and aspiring school administrators, community-based educational supports, international students, and safe schools.
Understand general function of Administration;
Develop and implement administrative procedures
Manage filing proper way and filing standard;
Control inventory and logistics effectively;
Arrange meeting effectively
Write a business letter and budget plan

Mr. Te Lay has a Master of Education specializing in Administration and Management. He is currently a Vice President and Chief Education officer at Westline Education Group Co., Ltd. Previously, he worked as Administration and HR Director of Westline Education Group. He has a wealth of experience in HR Management, educational management program, development and training management. He has developed series of policies and procedures associated with Admin and HR Management, some of those are: employee recruitment and selection policies and procedures, Training and Development Manual, Performance Management policy and manual as well as company handbook.
